I didn’t start this journey because I understood artificial intelligence.
I started because I was curious.
Like many people, I kept hearing about AI everywhere—on the news, online, in conversations. And to be honest, I didn’t fully understand it. Part of me was curious, and part of me wasn’t sure what to think.
So instead of ignoring it or being afraid of it, I decided to do something simple.
I started asking questions.
Not complicated ones. Just honest questions.
What is AI? How does it work? Can it really help people? Where are the limits?
What I found surprised me.
The more I asked, the more I realized that AI is not something to fear—but it is something to understand. It’s a tool. A powerful one. But still a tool.
It doesn’t think like we do. It doesn’t feel. And it doesn’t replace human judgment.
But it can help us explore ideas, organize thoughts, and sometimes even see things from a different perspective.
That’s where Dear Aiden began.
Not from expertise. Not from having all the answers. But from curiosity.
This book is a reflection of that journey—what happens when someone sits down, asks questions, and takes the time to understand something new.
I’m not here to defend AI.
I’m here to explain curiosity.
Because curiosity is what allows us to grow, to learn, and to approach new things without fear.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about AI, you’re not alone.
You don’t need to understand everything at once.
You just need to start with one question.
And from there, let curiosity lead.
